That figure is withdrawn. The Form D snapshots are $10.45 million sold as of October 24, 2023 and $4,650,100 sold as of August 26, 2025. Later loan balances, including about $92 million outstanding as of November 26, 2025, are a different metric.
Reason
The withdrawn figure was not supported by the two Form D filings. Amount sold, outstanding principal, and subscriptions are not interchangeable.
